Duties

• Represent developers in affordable housing and real estate projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in affordable housing or real estate practice.
• Knowledgeable in developer representation and project financing.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Member of the state bar in a major metropolitan city.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of employment.
