Duties

• Participate in complex civil litigation and class actions.
• Manage discovery processes with support from the eDiscovery team.
• Prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Draft motions and mediation statements.
• Collaborate directly with clients on litigation matters.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong foundation in complex civil litigation.
• Membership to the State Bar of California.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation is highly valued.
