Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their Energy and Project Finance group in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance transactions, particularly in renewable power and energy transition, and will be capable of handling significant responsibilities in drafting primary deal documents.

Duties

  • Draft primary deal documents including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, and financing agreements.
  • Collaborate with sponsors, investors, developers, and lenders on project finance transactions.
  • Contribute to joint venture agreements and tax equity investment agreements.
  • Work effectively within a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements
