Job Overview

Duties

• Engage in client contact and strategize on all aspects of litigation matters.
• Participate in court proceedings and take/defend depositions.
• Work on general and complex commercial, employment, securities, and insurance cases.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York State; New Jersey admission is a plus.
• Desire to work on lean teams and gain hands-on experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills, including experience with motions.
• Discovery experience, including document collection and e-discovery.
• Deposition experience, including preparation of outlines and client preparation.
