Duties

• Develop litigation strategies and work closely with clients, experts, and colleagues.
• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients.
• Conduct focused legal research and draft well-crafted memoranda.
• Collaborate with partners on complex, high-value matters.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in Rhode Island state and federal courts.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and leading discovery.
• Strong advocacy skills and proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
• Ability to perform legal research.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Rhode Island Bar.
