Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate with 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with borrower/issuer-side work and familiarity with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, and offerings of convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade notes.

Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
