Requirements

• Mergers and acquisitions experience preferred.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.

Education
