Job Overview

Duties

• Assist team in all areas of corporate and commercial law.
• Draft, review, and revise commercial documents and agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate and business issues, including M&A transactions.
• Evaluate compliance of corporate policies with regulations and standards.
• Perform legal research on corporate matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas.
