This position is ideal for self-starters with a minimum of five years of experience in Colorado civil litigation. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation cases, including contract disputes, tort claims, and other legal matters.
• Conduct thorough case evaluations to determine the viability of claims and develop effective legal strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring precision and compliance with relevant laws.
• Engage in extensive legal research to support case arguments and provide insightful counsel to clients.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes amicably when possible.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, advocating zealously for clients’ interests.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices, enhancing the firm's overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of Colorado law.

Education and Certifications
