A law firm seeks a proactive Transportation Litigation Associate Attorney in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will manage litigation matters within the transportation sector, providing counsel to clients and working on challenging cases with talented colleagues nationwide.

Duties

• Manage a litigation caseload under senior attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in the state of Colorado.
• 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, and related regulations preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
