Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks patent attorney preferably having 2-6 years of prosecution experience. The candidate will be responsible for patent prosecution, patent strategy, due diligence, licensing, some trademark counseling and prosecution, and other legal services for clients as needed. Mechanical or biomedical engineering background preferred. Other science and engineering degree will be considered. California Bar admission and USPTO registration are required.
