Job Overview

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex finance and transaction documents.
• Advise clients on financing transactions, managing matters from term sheet to closing.
• Structure and document joint ventures and investment transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of continuous law firm experience in relevant practice areas.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Strong commitment to developing as a client-focused lawyer.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
