Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on fair pay practices and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on fair pay issues and employment law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to fair pay and employment matters.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Develop and implement fair pay policies and practices for clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations affecting fair pay.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on fair pay practices and compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports on fair pay practices and legal compliance to clients and firm management.
  • Participate in firm meetings, contribute to business development activities, and support the firm’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in employment law, with a focus on fair pay practices.
  • Proven track record of handling fair pay practice cases successfully.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to fair pay.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Certification in Employment Law (preferred).
