Duties

• Analyze legal issues and review strategies with Managing Attorney.
• Handle a caseload in accordance with firm, client, and court timelines.
• Ensure timely updates to client systems and case management systems.
• Prepare and review legal documents for compliance with directives and laws.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, and prepare related legal motions and briefs.
• Perform quality control reviews of documents and staff work.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be barred in MD; DC bar is a plus.
• Experience with banks, mortgage servicers, or real estate litigation is a plus.
