Job Overview:
A prominent immigration law firm is seeking a dedicated Sales Attorney to join its legal team in Miami, Florida. This position is ideal for an experienced immigration attorney with a strong background in family and humanitarian-based petitions who thrives in a client-facing, high-impact environment. The Sales Attorney will work closely with the firm's intake, customer service, and legal strategy teams to guide new clients through the early phases of legal representation while ensuring quality, compliance, and mission alignment.

Location:

  • Miami Beach, Florida

Duties:

  • Review client intake interview notes and develop legal strategies to obtain immigration relief

  • Provide consultation support and respond to client inquiries during initial consultations

  • Assist customer service representatives in addressing client questions and concerns

  • Support the legal team by contributing new strategies and insights

  • Participate in training and development initiatives within the New Client Legal Department

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support organizational goals and legal outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience practicing immigration law

  • Specific expertise in family-based and humanitarian immigration petitions

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to collaborate across departments (legal, intake, sales, customer service)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited institution

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state

  • Good standing with the relevant state bar association

Skills:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)

  • Strong legal analysis and consultation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages

  • Proficient in case management systems and able to quickly learn new software

  • High attention to detail and time management abilities

  • Flexible and adaptable with client and workflow needs
