Funds Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Funds Associate with three to five years of experience for any of its offices, including a virtual office, except in New Jersey, New York, or California. The position involves advising investment funds and investors throughout their lifecycle.

Duties

• Advise investment funds and investors at all lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.

Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred.
• Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Active bar license required.
