Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Finance Division in St. Louis, MO. This role offers the chance to work with a well-established corporate group on dynamic transactions for national clients.

Duties

• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and private equity transactions.
• Advise on '34 Act compliance and reporting.
• Participate in venture capital and early-stage investment transactions.
• Contribute to structured finance transactions and investment management representations.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Minnesota.
• 2-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, or capital markets transactions.
• Experience in corporate governance, venture capital transactions, or private offerings preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Minnesota or eligibility for admission without examination.

Skills

• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
