Duties

  • Manage discovery processes and oversee case documentation.
  • Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
  • Draft and argue motions in court.
  • Prepare for mediations and negotiate settlements.
  • Appear in court for hearings and trial proceedings.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of trial experience in civil litigation.
  • Admitted to practice law in New York.
  • Experience in general liability, premises liability, product liability, retail, construction, and/or insurance defense preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New York.
