Duties

• Handle cases involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and class action/PAGA defense.
• Provide counseling advice for employers on labor and employment law compliance.
• Engage in business litigation activities.
• Manage cases efficiently in a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• Strong background in litigation and labor & employment matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.
