Duties

• Prepare for depositions and conduct legal research and writing.

• Defend employers against claims under various employment laws.
• Represent unionized employers in labor matters and tort litigation.
• Collaborate with client, business, and legal teams effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
• Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Trial experience is a plus; judicial clerkship experience encouraged.
• Florida Bar membership required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
