Duties

Requirements

• 2-3 years of litigation experience, with employment litigation strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing projects and deadlines.
• Strong sense of personal accountability and confidence to handle depositions and hearings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative team culture.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
