Duties

• Manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, including drafting pleadings and conducting depositions.
• Engage in document production and prepare for trial.
• Represent clients in courtroom proceedings.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in commercial and business litigation.
• Previous courtroom experience required; trial experience is a plus.
• Admitted to the bar of Maryland.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
