Duties

• Manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, including drafting pleadings and conducting depositions.
• Engage in document production and prepare for trial.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings; trial experience is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Admitted to the bar of Maryland.
• Previous courtroom experience required.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Exceptional research, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
