Associate Attorney

Job Overview

Duties

• Manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Draft and review pleadings for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attend hearings and status conferences.
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Provide creative solutions to complex legal problems.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and member in good standing in DE.
• Admission to NJ, PA, or MD bar is a plus.
• Experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or mortgage banking is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of the Delaware Bar.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
