Partner/Of Counsel - Immigration

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Partner or Counsel to join its Immigration group in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in immigration law, focusing on business and employment-based immigration.

Duties

• Handle nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and E-2.
• Manage immigrant petitions including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and PERM labor certifications.
• Provide legal research, writing, and analytical support.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage cases efficiently.
• Collaborate with corporate clients, HR teams, and global mobility programs.
• Address complex Requests for Evidence (RFE) and audit responses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Experience managing cases with attention to detail and deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
