Duties

• Advise corporate clients on employment-based immigration strategy, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Manage corporate client relationships independently, serving as a trusted partner to HR and senior management.
• Prepare and file employment-based green cards and business non-immigrant visas.
• Identify creative, compliant solutions to complex immigration challenges.
• Draft comprehensive responses to government inquiries and notices.
• Support clients through site visits, audits, and other government communications.
• Remain current on immigration law, policy, and agency practices.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and senior attorneys.

Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. state bar admission required.
• Prior employment-based immigration experience preferred.
• Strong client communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
