Duties

• Advise on free trade agreements and trade remedies application.
• Offer guidance on tariffs under IEEPA, Section 232, and Section 301.
• Engage in export control and sanctions matters, including compliance counseling and licensing.
• Participate in CFIUS and national security regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in customs and trade matters.
• Proficiency in advising on tariffs and trade remedies.
• Experience in export control and sanctions valued but not required.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Relevant legal certifications preferred.
