Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Collection and Foreclosure Attorney in New York, NY. This role involves managing all aspects of collection and foreclosure cases from start to finish, including litigation strategy, drafting pleadings, court appearances, and client communication. Duties

  • Oversee collection and foreclosure matters from inception to conclusion.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in collections, foreclosure, or litigation.
  • Membership in the New Jersey Bar.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
