Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate for its Denver, Colorado office. Duties

  • Participate in middle market and lower middle market M&A transactions.
  • Engage in private equity transactions.
  • Collaborate with deal teams to provide comprehensive legal support.
  • Assist with outside general counsel work as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong academic performance and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success within a law firm.
  • Interest in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the United States.
