  • Support attorneys in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
  • Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide updates and explain legal options.
  • Stay current on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with preparation of trial exhibits and evidence.
  • Manage and organize case files on CLIO.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience or strong interest in Employment Law.
  • Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Excellent writing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
