A law firm seeks a Counsel for Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution in Wheeling, WV. This role involves managing a large docket of litigation and pre-litigation matters for a major technology client, coordinating operations, and leading a team of attorneys and non-attorneys.

Duties

• Drive and coordinate matter management and budgeting for litigation matters.
• Develop docket management strategies as case mixes change.
• Innovate workflows and team coordination, utilizing AI tools.
• Supervise operations management, including docketing and staffing.
• Manage data collection and deliver insights to client and firm teams.
• Communicate directly with clients and relationship partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in complex civil litigation.
• Proficiency in client interaction and team management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications

• Member of the State Bar of California, admitted in good standing.
