Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on tax law developments.

Requirements

• Superior academic credentials and intellectual rigor.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in California or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
