Job Overview

Duties

• Conduct land use due diligence and permitting assessments.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant land use and zoning experience.
• Experience with CEQA, NEPA, and other environmental protection laws.
• Strong writing, research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
