Duties

  • Analyze, draft, and negotiate complex IP and commercial agreements in life sciences and related industries.
  • Advise on IP rights and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with corporate, intellectual property, regulatory, and tax lawyers on strategic transactions.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.
  • Experience in life sciences legal matters preferred.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position.
