Duties

  • Host and speak at public workshops to educate potential clients on planning options.
  • Conduct client consultations, gather information, and facilitate action.

  • Lead document signing appointments and address client questions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff for exceptional service.
  • Maintain detailed electronic records of meetings and communications.
  • Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for guidance and development.
  • Engage clients in integrated estate and financial planning discussions.
  • Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate and active law license.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Comfort with public speaking and education-based sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work early evenings twice a month.
