Duties

• Handle defense of wage and hour litigation, including class actions.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery with minimal supervision.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery-related motions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive discovery plans.
• Draft and oppose motions for class certification.
• Interface with clients to discuss legal and strategic issues.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in wage and hour litigation.
• Proficiency in California and federal wage and hour laws.
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
