Immigration Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate to join its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business and family-based immigration law, representing both foreign nationals and U.S. employers in various immigration matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions.
• Handle investment visas and family-based immigrant visa petitions.
• Manage consular processing and naturalization cases.
• Ensure employer compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
• Draft legal documents and communicate effectively with clients and partners.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of law firm experience in immigration law.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, preferred.
• Strong document drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to interact directly with partners and clients.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
