The successful candidate will handle pre-litigation work, focusing on personal injury cases, primarily premises liability. This role involves managing a team and driving compliance and performance metrics.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily premises liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
