A law firm seeks a Senior Projects Finance Lawyer to join its team in San Francisco, California. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a projects finance lawyer.
  • Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Strong competence in drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
