Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals in Pennsylvania.
  • Evaluate personal injury claims by analyzing records and evidence.
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Develop legal strategies to protect clients' rights and interests.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding their cases.
  • Collaborate with medical and vocational experts for case assessments.
  • Handle litigation for disputed or denied claims.
  • Organize and maintain case files and track deadlines.
  • Uphold professional ethics and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Experience as a Pod or state-specific Managing Attorney.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Must be located in or near the State of Pennsylvania.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
