Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of civil litigation experience to join its team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as auto, premises liability, construction, product liability, and insurance coverage. Insurance defense experience is advantageous.

Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to jury verdict.
• Handle cases involving auto, premises liability, and product liability.
• Engage in insurance coverage and defense matters.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in PA; admission to OH and/or WV bars is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense preferred.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
