Duties

• Handle cases independently with trial and arbitration experience.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and manage discovery.
• Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations and trials.
• Work on discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of labor and employment experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Admission to the Texas Bar.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
