Duties

• Engage in all stages of class action litigation, including early case assessment and motion practice.

Requirements

• Experience with complex commercial litigation, including class action or multi-party litigation.
• Prior experience at a large or mid-size law firm preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina or eligible for admission.
