The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and at least two years of experience in transactional real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Manage property management and leasing agreements.
• Assist with joint venture transactions.
• Support borrower-side financing activities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant real estate experience.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex subject matter efficiently.
• Team-oriented with a drive to support practice growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
