Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its practice group in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and at least two years of experience in transactional real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
