Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior immigration attorney with 7+ years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of family-based, humanitarian-based, and employment-based immigration matters. Duties will include preparing appeals, motions, and petitions before the federal district courts and federal circuit courts; and representing clients before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, and other agencies. Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.

The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills, intercultural communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
