Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of family-based, humanitarian-based, and employment-based immigration matters. Duties will include preparing appeals, motions, and petitions; and representing clients before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, and other agencies. Fluency in the Spanish language is a plus.

The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills as well as intercultural communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
