Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team advising on sophisticated real estate capital markets and private equity transactions, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, development projects, distressed debt investments, and commercial leasing matters.

Duties

  • Advise on real estate capital markets and private equity transactions.
  • Handle asset acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Engage in joint ventures and financings.
  • Participate in development projects and distressed debt investments.
  • Manage commercial leasing matters.
  • Collaborate with public finance, energy, infrastructure, and restructuring teams.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of relevant law firm experience.
  • Highly motivated with superior client service skills.
  • Member of the Bar in a U.S. State.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar membership in a U.S. State.
