The ideal candidate will have a strong estate planning, trust administration, and tax law background, providing clients with comprehensive legal services in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies and trust administration.
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to federal and state tax laws.
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in trust, estate, and tax law.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in trust, estate, and tax law.
