Duties

• Manage and litigate large, complex IRS disputes.
• Advise clients on federal, state, and local tax disputes.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in trials.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced tax attorneys.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of technical tax experience in a law firm or federal government.
• Experience with IRS disputes involving partnerships, estates, and corporations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• LL.M in Tax.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California State Bar.

Skills

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Superior knowledge of IRS practice and procedure.
