  • Conduct discovery and apply knowledge of OSHA standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of OSHA litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • State Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • State Bar membership.
